Systems was founded in Minnetonka in early 2023 and has since become "the most sought after Concierge Service for Families in the Lake Minnetonka area". Systems has been featured in several local magazines and is known for "delivering an 'excellence level' of care, cleaning and support for Clients".
Each member of our Team brings their own individual skills, knowledge and experiences to the Clients they work with.
We hire local moms and professionals within our local community. Our team understands the busy chapter of life our Clients are in and have been there themselves.
Systems understands how to bring value to Clients. We are teachers, mothers, grandmothers, nannies, retirees and friends.

Danielle is a graduate of BSU (Criminal Justice Degree with an Emphasis in Legal Studies). Shortly after getting married, she left her crime fighting behind and was a stay at home mom for 7 years while her husband traveled all around the world for work. Danielle founded Systems Family Concierge in early 2023. Finding solutions for busy families is a 6th sense for Danielle and is what makes her so great at relating to and matching concierges to families and supporting her team!

Natalie is a Strategic Communications graduate, certified yoga instructor, and proud single mom to her son Benny. She is detail-oriented, a natural multitasker, and passionate about all things fitness and staying active. Whether leading a yoga class, managing a project, or keeping up with her son, she brings energy, balance and focus to everything she does.

In her role with Systems, Natalie will be spearheading the launch of a new market within Systems, an exciting opportunity that taps into her strategic mindset and leadership skills. She’s eager to build strong relationships, streamline operations, and lay the groundwork for sustainable growth in this emerging space.
