Founded in Minnetonka in early 2023, Systems Family Concierge was created with a simple idea: families deserve thoughtful support that makes life feel lighter.
Since then, Systems Family Concierge has become a trusted presence in the Lake Minnetonka community and beyond. We provide thoughtful home care and personalized support for families navigating full seasons of life, bringing more organization, ease and peace of mind to busy families.
Each member of our Team brings their own individual skills, knowledge and experiences to the families they work with.
We hire local moms and professionals within our local community. Our Team understands the busy chapter of life families are in and have been there themselves.
Systems understands how to bring value to families. We are teachers, mothers, grandmothers, nannies, retirees and friends.

Founder/COO

As a mom of six, including a set of twins, Danielle knows firsthand what it takes to keep a busy household moving. At one point, she found herself navigating life with three children under the age of one!
Danielle possesses strong organizational, problem-solving and operational skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, develop effective solutions and manage complex moving parts with efficiency and precision.
Danielle founded Systems Family Concierge in early 2023 after realizing that many families needed the same kind of thoughtful support she had learned to create in her own home. Her natural ability to understand people, streamline the details and connect the right support with the right family is what makes her such a valuable resource to both her clients and her team.
Brandon
Co-Founder/CFO
Married to the "Woman of His Dreams", Father, Step Father, California Native, Ocean Lover, Spearfisher, Guitar Player, IPA Enthusiast, Tri-Athlete, Iron Man, Master in the Kitchen
Brandon brings his degree in Business Economics and a Minor in Accounting (UC Santa Barbara, Go Gauchos!) along with a successful career in sales and leadership, to Systems Family Concierge. Having worked with accounts around the world, he understands the importance of relationships, communication and creating exceptional experiences.
At Systems, Brandon is the strategic thinker behind the scenes, helping Danielle talk through ideas, offering a fresh perspective and supporting the continued growth of the company. His official responsibilities may include business strategy and leadership support, but unofficially, he’s also known for keeping the team fueled and making sure everyone is well-fed.
Together, Danielle and Brandon bring the perfect balance of creativity, organization, strategy and support to Systems Family Concierge.
